Chris's view
Radcliffe remains one of the most affordable parts of Bury borough. The typical sale was £200,000, and nearly half of all homes sold for less than that. Prices were broadly flat on the year: semi-detached and terraced homes edged up, detached homes held at around £331,000, and the small dip in the overall median reflects the mix of homes sold. This is steady, value-led demand rather than big swings in either direction.

About these figures
- Source: HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, standard residential sales at full market value (category A). Repossessions, buy-to-let company purchases and other non-standard transfers (category B) are excluded, as are duplicate records of the same sale.
- These are all recorded sales in the area, by every agent and private sale. They are not Bowman Estates sales unless we say so.
- Land Registry data runs behind the market. Sales typically appear a few weeks to several months after completion, and the latest month published here is August 2026.
- Boundary: as described under "Area covered" above (postcode sectors with sales: M26 1, M26 2, M26 3, M26 4). Each postcode is counted on only one Bowman Estates sold-prices page, so no sale is double counted.
